ＮＯ.１ベトナム料理の店 ＮＯ.１ VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT

唐突だが筆者はベトナムの大ファンである。これまで30か国以上の国を訪れたが、日本食の次にうまいと思ったのはベトナム料理だ。油っぽくなく、味付けは濃すぎず、辛くない。日本人の舌にとても合う。また、ベトナム料理といえばパクチーやきつめの香辛料をイメージするかもしれないが、写真のように別の器でついてくるので苦手な人もお好みで調節できる。フォーは朝昼晩のみならず、おやつ、飲んだ後いつ食べてもおいしい。フォーに飽きたらベトナム風サンドウィッチといわれるバインミーやベトナム風おこのみ焼きといわれるバインセオもオススメだ。生春巻きやダックステーキなどもベトナムを代表する料理である。他のアジアの国々の中でも食や観光の面から人気絶頂を維持しているのが隣国タイであるが、正直食においてベトナムはタイの比にならないほどすばらしい（もちろんタイ料理もうまいしタイにはビーチや歴史的寺院や遺跡の魅力もたっぷりある）。だがまず、タイ料理は辛い。そして現地の物価であるがタイは近年その経済成長が著しく、思ったほど安くない。一方ベトナムのフォー屋台では一杯150円ほどで安定の味が楽しめる。また、なによりもフランス植民地時代の名残からカフェ文化が定着しており、そこらじゅうカフェだらけ。コーヒーは50円から70円で買えるし、バインミー（ベトナム風サンドウィッチ）とのコンビでも60円から120円で売られている。さらに、ベトナム料理はヘルシーで世界一痩せている人が多い国だ。おまけにビール消費量もアジアで1位というほどビール好き。朝はコーヒーを飲んで散歩、昼からは東南アジアの雰囲気に浸りながらおいしい食事とともにひたすら飲み続ける。まさに贅沢な時間を格安で過ごせる国、それがベトナムである。とにかくコストパフォーマンスは世界一といっていい。
By the way,I am a big fun of vietnam.I have been to more than 30 countries but vietnam cuisine is the best for me other than japanese cuisine.not too oily,not too salty,not too spicy.It matches to japanese people.Some people might come to think of bitter herbs or crazy spices but actually it is separated or put on another dish,so you can adjust.pho is always nice whenever you eat as breakfast,lunch,dinner and even after drinking.if you get sick of pho,you can eat "banh me" which is vienamese sandwich and also "banh xeo" which is vietnamese pan cake.Raw spring roll and duck meat are also famous.When it comes to southeast asia, the most popular contry would be Thailand where a plenty of fascinating tourist spot exist and good foods are.In my opinion,however,vietnam is completely better than thai in terms of food. First of all thai food is hot.And it is not cheap actually because of fast development.On the other hand,vietnam,pho is about 1.5 US$ in pho stall.cafe culture from french colony is one of my favorit culture of vietnam and if you take a cup of coffee at any cafe,it costs only 50 to 70 cents.Even combination with banh me(vietnamese sandwich),it would be 60cents to 1.2 US$.What is more,vietnamese food is really healty and there are the fewest fat people out there.Meanwhile, beer consumption is the top in asia.

ディーン藤岡さんって人がゴリ押しするほどの名店らしい。
