東京都東端、川を越えれば千葉県という立地。

KOIWA is located far east of TOKYO, pretty much chiba prefecture.

小岩と聞くと風俗や刑事事件など、なにかと治安の悪いイメージが定着しており、常に

「住みたくない街ランキング」にも名を連ねているようである。

しかし、実際住んでみると「こんなにも住みやすい街だったのかランキング1位」と

言えるほどすばらしい街であると感じた。

People might have a negative image about koiwa because of prostitution or criminal.

According to a survey,"city you do not want to live" ranking,KOIWA is regularly in it.

But,I actually live here in koiwa and I found that it is really cozy and comfortable to live.

早速だがそんな小岩の魅力を紹介していく。

I am going to tell you how amazing koiwa is.

①家賃が安い cheap rent⇒

ワンルーム5～6万。都内でも最安に近い。

one room 50 to 60 thousands yen for a month which is close to the cheapest in TOKYO.

②アクセス良好 easy to get around⇒

JR総武線で秋葉原や東京駅まで約20分。

新宿までも35分という距離。

京成小岩駅を利用すれば成田空港や千葉方面にも出やすい。

さらにディズニーランドや葛西臨海公園までは直通バスで行ける。

keisei line,easy to go to NARITA air port.

③昭和情緒 nostalgic ⇒

私自身も初出勤の朝、最初にすれ違ったのはインド系の方であった。

⑥自然 nature⇒

東に徒歩15分ほどで江戸川、西に徒歩15分ほどで新中川にたどり着く。川沿いは整備されておりサイクリングやジョギング、犬の散歩にはもってこい。特に江戸川からの景色は壮大でスカイツリーに移る夕日や、真冬の星空はまさに都会のオアシスである。

⑧ラブホ代が安い economy love hotel⇒

江戸川区は23区内でも安いことは有名であるが小岩は特に安い。休憩3時間2000～3000円はざらである。次回のディナーデートは小岩で決まりか？！
