麺は自家製で中太、やや弾力あり。もちもち太麺系ではない。
the noodle is middle(not too thick but not too thin).a little strong texture.
スープは割とあっさり薄め。濃厚系ではない。
the soup is fussy and a little weak.
個人的には味玉が特にうまいといった感じか。量も良し。
personaly,a flavored boiled egg is the most delicious.also good quantity.
